This handy little tool allows you to set up shortcuts. So for example, if I want to type my email address (and how easy is it to mis-spell an email?), I simply enter /e and then hit the space bar. You can set up short cuts for whole paragraphs if you want, so if you regularly type a para about your delivery procedure, you can use it for that. I also use it for frequently used code, such as meta description code etc.
